🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years software development experience.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams delivering software.
• Technical ability to discuss architecture and product decisions.
• Experience with AI coding tools and automation in development workflow.
• Expertise in Scala or Java and React Native.
• Experience building consumer-facing apps with product/UX focus.
