📋 Description

• Principal liaison on project team, translating requirements into configuration and business processes.
• Lead business discovery and recommended delivery approach to drive value.
• Translate requirements and execute system configuration.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security for customer databases.
• Manage stakeholder communications and validate the implementation plan.
• Travel to on-site locations to lead meetings and presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in business or technology field (preferred)
• Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills
• 2-4+ years in a software implementation role
• Healthcare market experience, preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Consulting experience in workflow analysis and delivering recommendations
