On-site engagements as needed to support deployments and training

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in technical account management or similar role
Experience supporting SaaS/cloud deployments
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Cross-team collaboration to resolve customer challenges
Familiarity with networking, cloud tech, or enterprise software
