  • Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned agencies.
  • Own deployments, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate root-cause analysis with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services.
  • Partner with deployment teams to design, configure, test, and implement Axon solutions.
  • On-site field engagements and onboarding with customer agencies.
  • Use data and insights to improve adoption and operational effectiveness.

  • 4+ years in technical account management or similar.
  • Experience supporting SaaS apps, cloud platforms, or software deployments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working across multiple teams to solve customer challenges.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, cloud technologies, or enterprise software.
