  • Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned agencies.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Axon software, hardware, and cloud.
  • Lead troubleshooting and coordinate root-cause analysis with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services.
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer-impacting issues.
  • Partner with deployment teams to design, configure, test, and implement Axon solutions.
  • Support onboarding and transition to steady-state operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in technical account management or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Experience supporting SaaS apps, cloud platforms, or software deployments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working across multiple teams to resolve customer challenges.
  • Familiarity with networking, cloud, integrations, or enterprise software; CJIS.
