Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers
Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
Support, collaborate with and mentor team members

🎯 Requirements

Extensive knowledge of Sitecore technologies
Expertise in one or more Sitecore products: SitecoreAI, XM/XP, Content Hub, or CDP/Personalize
Strong background in consultancy
Experience in client-facing roles
Excellent communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders
