Solution Architect, Legal Billing

📋 Description

• Lead discovery with firm billing and finance teams to map how they capture time and expenses
• Design billing setups on Litify and Salesforce: timekeeper and client-matter rates, rate
• Configure time and expense capture, including activity and task codes, hard and soft costs, cost
• Build pre-bill review and approval workflows, including write-ups, write-downs, and billing
• Set up e-billing for clients that require it, including LEDES file formats, UTBMS codes, and
• Design AR and collections processes, including payments, retainers, applying trust funds to

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA license or CPA-eligible status
• Legal billing experience: 3+ years of hands-on work in law firm billing or finance, or at a legal
• Software implementation and technical experience: 3+ years implementing or consulting on time
• Client delivery: runs workshops with firm billing teams, finance staff, and partners, presents
