🎯 Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in Maintenance or Reliability Engineering with an Asset Performance
• Interdisciplinary background bridging software, APM and maintenance, not pure hardware or
• Proven ability to lead complex customer discovery, engage with executives, and contribute heavily
• Financial and contractual fluency: able to build business cases, navigate pricing models, and
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to translate technical concepts to diverse
• Strong collaboration skills with product management, product marketing and commercial teams.
