📋 Description

• Partner with Sales teams and external partners to understand customer business objectives, process
• Lead business and technical discovery sessions to uncover customer needs and translate them into
• Leverage AI capabilities and expertise to scope, size, estimate, and develop proposals for
• Create accurate Statements of Work (SOWs), defining scope, deliverables, assumptions, timelines
• Manage the professional services sales order process and ensure engagements transition effectively
• Provide management oversight for professional services engagements sold, maintaining visibility

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles related to software implementations
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of AI technologies, with the ability to leverage
• At least 3 years of experience explaining complex business and technical concepts to management
• At least 3 years of professional services experience, with a strong track record of successfully
• At least 2 years of demonstrated success growing professional services bookings and accurately
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
