Solution Engineer (Billing Specialist)

📋 Description

• Supporting the sales team in their ability to position Litify’s value proposition for time
• Conducting discovery sessions with potential Litify clients to understand their billing workflows
• Building and demonstrating Litify’s time, billing, and accounting solution, powered by Accounting
• Owning the time, billing, and accounting demo: building and maintaining the standard demo, setting
• Walking prospects through the full bill cycle, including time entry, pre-bill review, invoicing
• Serving as the team’s subject matter expert on law firm billing and enabling fellow Solution

🎯 Requirements

• Law Firm Billing and Financial Operations Experience: 3–5 years of experience working in a billing
• Hands-on experience running a bill cycle, from time entry and pre-bill review through invoicing
• Working knowledge of billing arrangements such as hourly, flat fee, contingency, and retainers, as
• OR a Solution Engineer/Sales Engineer at another with Law Firm Billing Product experience
• Familiarity with common legal billing concepts such as rates, write-downs, realization
• Solid oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

• Estimated base salary range $105,000-$130,000
