Solution Engineer, Post-Sales

📋 Description

• Lead technical implementation of Blumira's security platform for new and existing customers
• Design and engineer security solutions tailored to customers' unique environments and requirements
• Provide hands-on technical guidance for integrations with existing security tools and IT
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges during onboarding and provide expert-level resolution
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments and security objectives
• Conduct security assessments and provide recommendations for improving overall cybersecurity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (or
• Demonstrated experience successfully implementing security solutions
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, with focus on SIEM, security monitoring, or
• 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Engineering, Technical Account
• Strong understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and threat detection technologies
• Deep technical knowledge in the use, troubleshooting, and configuration of Cisco, Palo Alto
