• 3+ years mentoring, motivating, and coaching on a team.
• Advanced GIS tech: ArcGIS system and use patterns across industries.
• Broad ArcGIS IT context: hardware, software, security, networking, databases, cloud.
• Technical consulting and conceptual solution design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in geography, GIS, or related field; visa sponsorship not available.
