📋 Description

• Function as the supply chain expert, technical lead, trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle
• Conduct discovery sessions directly with prospective and existing customers to gather business and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or
• 5+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing functional technical role within
• Hands-on experience with EDI (X12, EDIFACT), B2B integration protocols, and cloud or on-premises
• Understanding of core supply chain processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Load
• Knowledge of B2B integrations including REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML data structures
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical discovery, solution design, and POC execution in complex
