• Co-own discovery calls with the AE - surface integration requirements early
• Own the discovery motion for integrations: CRM/system of record, lead source & attribution
• Lead technically complex demos involving third party integrations
• Scope CRM, lead source, API capabilities and constraints, and overall integration complexity for
• Deliver a written complexity tier after qualification and produce the Technical Scope document at
• Hand off the Technical Scope to onboarding with a live walkthrough

🎯 Requirements

• Question assumptions and stack-rank initiatives
• Know enough SQL to pull own data
• Monitor critical metrics like integration error rates, onboarding cycle time, and scope accuracy
• Flag technical risks before the AE asks
• Communicate tradeoffs clearly to Sales, customers, and Product/Engineering
• Send status updates at key milestones
