📋 Description

• Primary technical contact for enterprise customers (pre- and post-sales)
• Lead architecture reviews to show Rogo integration with customer infra
• Collaborate with security and engineering to meet security/compliance needs
• Build trust with senior technical stakeholders (security, infra, eng leadership)
• Clarify complex tech concepts for technical and non-technical audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Infrastructure Architect, or similar
• Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, networking, and security concepts
• Ability to confidently lead architecture and security discussions with enterprise technical stakeholders
• Experience with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, identity and access management, networking, and security best practices
• Ability to diagnose infrastructure and integration challenges at a systems level
