Solutions Architect (Video Conference)

📋 Description

• Define global architecture standards for video conferencing rooms, devices, configurations, and
• Develop and govern the lifecycle refresh roadmap, prioritizing investment based on site strategy
• Establish standards for end-of-life replacements, urgent equipment failures, room changes, and
• Improve service reliability through monitoring, performance data, proactive support, and readiness
• Partner with facilities, technology teams, site leaders, and vendors to coordinate room readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise video conferencing / AV / collaboration spaces
• Track record managing lifecycle transitions and EoL/EoS remediation across a large VC estate, using
• Delivery leadership—comfortable operating at the intersection of Workplace/Facilities, Network, and
• Program governance and operational discipline
