Partner with business teams to identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and client
Gather and translate business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions and
Design, enhance and support workflow and low-code solutions, driving digital transformation
Facilitate workshops, testing, training and implementation activities to ensure successful adoption
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technology projects and change programmes

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Business, Technology or related discipline
Experience in business analysis, process improvement, project delivery or similar role
Strong analytical skills with stakeholder engagement
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Interest in technology and business transformation
Exposure to financial services, automation tools or low-code platforms is a bonus
