📋 Description

• Analyze complex enterprise customer workflows, translate technical requirements into scalable
• Guide clients beyond basic setup by recommending best ways of working, operational best practices
• Act as the primary technical advisor to technical leads and C-suite executives, articulating
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to share structured Voice of Customer (VOC)
• Establish structure in ambiguous, high-pressure environments by prioritizing critical initiatives
• Guide clients through the full onboarding and adoption lifecycle by executing end-to-end (E2E)

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English is required & any additional languages are a plus.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience managing complex, multi-phased technical implementations or
• 4+ years of hands-on experience working directly within a technical scope (REST APIs, webhooks
• Deep API & Integration Literacy: Proven ability to read, navigate, and architect solutions
• Executive-Level Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with comfort
• Systems & Troubleshooting Aptitude: Systematic approach to evaluating end-to-end data flows
