Solutions Consultant (APAC)

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales to understand customer pain points and outcomes.
• Show tailored demos and presentations aligned with client needs.
• Configure and optimize workflows to demonstrate real-world use cases.
• Assist customers with API integrations, Webhooks, and Python scripting.
• Execute proof-of-concept initiatives to validate fit for enterprise clients.
• Educate sales and customer success teams on demonstrations and methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in sales engineering or pre-sales in SaaS/tech.
• Experience with APIs and Webhooks.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to engage C-Level executives.
• Deep understanding of helpdesk/ticketing systems and customer support.
• Background in value-based selling methodologies.
• Experience in the e-commerce sector is a plus.
