Solutions Consultant (US)

📋 Description

• Be the go-to Frontify expert for customer use cases.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deliver technical consultations and support evaluations.
• Position Frontify with tailored demos and solution design to maximize value.
• Advise on integrating Frontify with Figma, InDesign, CMS, automation tools.
• Deepen expertise in Frontify API, SDK, and extensibility.
• Capture customer feedback to influence product strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Solutions Consulting or similar customer-facing role.
• Hybrid NY office; willing to be on-site 1–2 days/week.
• Strong technical curiosity with a commercial mindset.
• Quick to master new products and technical concepts.
• Familiar with Figma, InDesign, CMS, Make.com, and n8n; APIs/SDKs a plus.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
