Solutions Consultant (US)

📋 Description

• Advise internal teams on platform capabilities, best practices, and creative solutions
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver technical consultations and support
• Position Frontify's capabilities through tailored demonstrations and solution design
• Advise on integrating Frontify with tools such as Figma, Adobe InDesign, CMS platforms, automation
• Deepen expertise in Frontify's APIs, SDK, and extensibility capabilities
• Capture customer feedback and technical insights to influence product strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing
• Strong technical curiosity and commercial mindset
• Quick learner of new products and technical concepts
• Familiarity with design, automation, or collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe InDesign
• Experience with APIs or SDKs is a plus
• Strategic thinking with attention to detail
