Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with Corporate/New Business sales teams serving organizations with approximately 300–1,249
• Understand customer challenges, business objectives, and technical requirements, then position
• Plan and deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customized
• Answer product, architecture, and technical questions from customers, partners, and internal
• Design and manage Proof of Concepts for complex customer use cases, collaborating with engineering
• Provide actionable feedback to product management regarding customer needs, product enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management.
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts and standards, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, lifecycle
• Hands-on development experience in one or more areas such as web development, mobile development
• Experience with technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, frontend frameworks, Java, C#, Node.js
• Strong experience working with REST APIs, API gateways, SDKs, and cloud platforms such as AWS
• Understanding of application security principles, including password hashing, SSL/TLS, encryption

• Annual On-Target Earnings of $160,000–$220,000 USD for candidates located in California excluding
