Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to provide presales support for new customer
• Participate in discovery conversations to understand a prospect's current processes, challenges
• Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect DebtBook's capabilities to each
• Communicate complex treasury, accounting and banking concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
• Develop working proficiency across the full DebtBook platform while serving as a subject-matter
• Coordinate with senior Solutions Engineers on multi-product, technically complex, or

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, solution consulting, presales
• Experience presenting software, financial concepts, workflows, or technical solutions to customers
• The ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into clear solution
• Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Confidence presenting to finance professionals, operational stakeholders, and senior leaders.
• A consultative approach that prioritizes listening, thoughtful discovery, and alignment to customer
