📋 Description

• Serve as the technical lead on pre-sales deals: join discovery and customer calls, answer technical
• Complete vendor security and privacy questionnaires, SSO questionnaires, and RFPs; coordinate with
• Lead technical onboarding for enterprise clients, integrating Flowcode into their marketing and
• Act as the trusted advisor on technical API and MCP server implementations, supporting clients on

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in a technical client-facing role (Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management
• Strong experience building with AI, APIs, and MCP servers; can advise on implementations; builds
• Ability to explain complex integrations to non-technical marketing managers and debug
• Builds repeatable solutions with code: Python, SQL, and JavaScript/TypeScript are core; experience
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, gRPC, agentic AI tools, webhooks, and marketing pixels
• Understands data privacy (GDPR/CCPA) and essential security concepts (encryption, multi-tenant
