Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Partnering with Sales to lead the technical pre-sales process from discovery to close
• Understanding customer requirements (security, scale, integrations, accuracy, workflows) and
• Building and delivering technical demos, prototypes, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
• Deploying and configuring environments in cloud or on-prem setups for customer evaluations
• Writing scripts or lightweight integrations (Python or JavaScript) to support demos and customer
• Troubleshooting customer challenges and guiding them toward successful outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering
• Hands-on programming ability, ideally in Python or JavaScript
• Comfortable working with APIs (REST and WebSocket), integrations, and technical troubleshooting
• Experience deploying or configuring software in cloud, Linux, containers, or networked environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate customer needs into workable solutions
• Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with customers
