Impart confidence and gain trust and faith of the prospects in Carta’s holistic fund administration
Partner closely with all team members of the Fund Admin team (in particular Delivery and Product
Interface (pre sales) with prospects and strategic channel partners to scope requirements and build
Provide product and technical financial expertise to drive meaningful progress towards a team
Support BD team at partner offsite seminars and events

🎯 Requirements

You are a qualified accountant with 7+ years of experience in accounting or another relevant area
In-depth understanding of fund structures (Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Private Credit)
A strong understanding of Venture Capital or Private Equity, ideally with regards to back office
Proven track record of stakeholder management or client engagement management and excellent
You will have an interest in software products built to solve technical financial problems. You
