📋 Description

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customers are satisfied with the services and
• Work directly with customers to understand their workflows, operational challenges, and requirements
• Lead onboarding activities for new customers and coach users on how to maximize the value of
• Develop and maintain onboarding timelines, project documentation, and other materials
• Capture and communicate customer feedback, requirements, issues, and decisions
• Coordinate proactively with Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Development teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional experience in a technical, customer-facing, solutions engineering
• Experience in the oil and gas industry with understanding of operational environments and customer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Strong technical aptitude with customer-oriented mindset and ability to translate complex
• Analytical thinking skills and ability to use data, customer feedback, and platform usage
• Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams
