Solutions Engineer - French Speaker

📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to build relationships with prospects
• Run discovery conversations, deliver demonstrations, support POC scoping, and help design the
• Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies that prove Synthesia's business value
• Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance
• Identify, build relationships with, and actively enable technical champions within customer
• Develop and maintain reusable assets across demo environments, use cases, integration templates

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in a SaaS
• Delivers a strong standard demo aligned to discovery points with a solid grasp of core demo
• Working knowledge of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
• Comfortable with technical fundamentals in at least one area (creation flows, APIs, integrations
• Self-motivated and organized, able to manage a growing book of POCs, demos, and customer
• Willing to travel for customer discovery and on-site demos
