• Hire, ramp, and develop a team of 5-10 Solutions Engineers (SEs) in your region, across experience
• Run regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and career development conversations.
• Build a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
• Execute Synthesia's core presales motions (research, discovery, demos, workshops, Proofs of
• Design and evolve Synthesia's demo methodology across Studio, Roleplay Sessions, and Interactive
• Build and maintain the presales toolkit with product and operations teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience recruiting, managing, and developing Solutions Engineering presales teams.
• Owned full employee lifecycle from hiring to promotions.
• Started career as an IC and evolved into solving complex problems with product partners.
• Track record of improving team performance through coaching and consistent execution.
• Comfortable owning forecasting and pipeline hygiene from a presales perspective.
• Fluent in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
