Sounds Business Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own senior program management across Audio Dev, tracking: workstreams, milestones, and deliverables
• Maintain visibility into what's on track, what's at risk, and what needs intervention
• Proactively surface blockers and coordinate solutions across teams
• Ensure cross-functional dependencies are identified and managed before they become problems
• Represent Audio Dev's needs and priorities in product roadmap discussions and planning cycles
• Coordinate between Audio Dev and Product/Engineering teams on shared workstreams and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years in program management, content operations, or business operations, ideally in a music
• Strong program and project management skills, with experience managing complex, multi-team
• Comfortable owning meeting cadences, executive communications, and cross-functional coordination
• Experience working with budgets and financial tracking
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work through ambiguity
• Familiarity with Airtable, Notion, Linear, or similar workflow and productivity tools (nice to have)
