📋 Description

• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of potential acquisition targets, strategic investments
• Partner with product, engineering, research, and go-to-market teams across Anthropic to understand
• Conduct deep-dive strategic evaluations of target companies, including competitive positioning
• Prepare concise investment memos and strategic briefings that synthesize market context
• Develop and cultivate relationships with founders, investors, and operators across the AI ecosystem
• Monitor the competitive landscape and track emerging companies, technologies, and market trends

🎯 Requirements

• Possess strong technical understanding through either work experience (as a software engineer
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
• Have exposure to M&A processes, strategic transactions, or partnership development in
• Excel at building relationships and can effectively engage with technical and business stakeholders
• Are comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities
• Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distill complex
