Sourcing Manager for Specialized Hiring (Onsite) - Taguig

📋 Description

• Design, build and establish specific activities both online and offline to bring in the right
• Responsible for creating a database of candidate profiles specific to technical or special program
• Ensure the team can plan and implement sourcing and marketing campaigns specific to the client's
• Collaborate with other teams such as recruitment operations, client vendors and internal sourcing
• Responsible for consolidating, tracking and creating reports for the different initiatives
• Build and manage the specialized hiring sourcing campaigns and provide direction for the team

🎯 Requirements

• With at least 5 years' background in talent sourcing specialized roles for BPO hiring
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong track record in project implementation, team presentation and analysis
• Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills
• Highly computer literate and proficient in MS Office and related business / communication tools.
