📋 Description

• Own the full outbound sales cycle, from identifying and sourcing target accounts through
• Develop and execute an Account-Based Marketing strategy focused on high-value DACH e-commerce
• Conduct personalized multi-channel prospecting through cold calling, targeted email sequences, and
• Execute approximately 100–150 daily outreach touchpoints while consistently generating around 1–2
• Perform detailed Google Ads account audits and use data-driven insights to demonstrate revenue and
• Lead discovery conversations, presentations, and commercial negotiations with e-commerce

🎯 Requirements

• C2 or native-level German proficiency is essential, with the ability to conduct sophisticated
• 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling Google Ads, performance marketing, digital
• Demonstrated success in outbound sales and direct deal closing, rather than primarily inbound
• Practical understanding of Google Ads and core e-commerce concepts, enabling you to hold credible
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume outbound activity level across calls, emails, and
• Strong self-management, discipline, ownership, and focus, with the ability to perform consistently
