📋 Description

• Co-teach with general education teacher in inclusion classroom
• Co-plan and deliver lessons with multiple learning modalities
• Adapt and modify instruction and create interventions
• Assess student progress and communicate results to families
• Provide individual or small group instruction
• Model KIPP NYC's character strengths in all interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and character traits
• At least two years of teaching experience preferred
• New York State Special Education certification recommended
• Bachelor's degree required
• Passion for mission-driven, team-oriented culture
• Demonstrated success in raising student achievement
