📋 Description

• Provides special instruction to students in compliance with school-system and program requirements
• Implements an instructional, therapeutic and skill development program for differentiated learning
• Conducts formal and informal assessments of all students.
• Plans and uses appropriate instructional strategies to include the integration of activities
• Plans and supervises assignments for staff members assisting with students.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum university degree in special education and current state certification as a special
• Minimum of one year of experience working with children with disabilities between the ages of 16
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is preferred.
• Understanding and knowledge of the provided curriculum, Unique Learning.
• Ability to use educational technology and integrate it into classes.
• High cultural awareness and sensitivity to the diversity of the student population.
