📋 Description

• Teach rigorous college preparatory curriculum aligned with NY State standards
• Plan and implement targeted, high-leverage interventions for students with IEPs
• Provide individual or small group instruction for students needing extra support
• Assess student progress and communicate results to families and colleagues
• Use student data to drive instructional decisions
• Model school values and collaborate with staff, students, and families

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities
• At least two years of teaching experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• Passion for mission-driven school culture
• Demonstrated success raising student achievement
• Desire to grow professionally as part of KIPP NYC team
