Special Events Bartender, Part-Time

📋 Description

• Provide warm, attentive, and efficient service to guests throughout events.
• Prepare and serve beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine; craft cocktail
• Learn and confidently execute The Mallory's beverage menus, recipes, service standards, and
• Manage high-volume bar service while maintaining quality, organization, and a positive guest
• Use the POS system as required for event service and beverage tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of bartending experience, preferably in high-volume restaurants, event venues, hotels
• Experience bartending weddings, corporate events, galas, or other high-volume events is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining composure in a high-volume environment.
• Friendly, confident, and polished approach to guest service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
