📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one coaching to individuals with IDD in community work.
• Help clients explore career interests and secure employment.
• Support skill development and monitor progress with documentation.
• Educate employers on benefits of hiring people with disabilities.
• Advocate for inclusion and reasonable accommodations at work.
• Contribute to community impact through placement support.

🎯 Requirements

• One year experience working with IDD.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Day-time availability.
• ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred but not required.
