📋 Description

• Configure, support, and optimize Blue Yonder Dispatcher (formerly JDA) across different versions
• Apply your understanding of 3PL operations and warehouse management systems to support business and
• Contribute to IT implementation projects and development programs involving logistics and supply
• Support software change, release, testing, and QA processes to help ensure reliable deployment of
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of service

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in 3PL environments, with exposure to both systems and logistics operations
• Extensive hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Dispatcher (formerly JDA Dispatcher), including
• Proven experience participating in IT implementation projects and development programs
• Knowledge of WMS platforms commonly used in logistics and warehouse operations
• Understanding of IT change management and software release processes
• Experience applying software testing and quality assurance processes
