Specialist, Customer Due Diligence (KYB) Operations

📋 Description

• Complete comprehensive reviews of incoming customer onboarding cases and ensuring that the
• Reviewing KYB documents obtained from the customer, utilising our validation tools and reputable
• Requesting appropriate CDD/EDD documentation from customers to ensure that the AML onboarding
• Follow up on pending CDD/EDD requests ensuring that communication is issued with the relevant SLA's.
• Investigating possible matches generated by the scanning application that the Company uses to
• Provide information to management in respect of AML/CDD issues arising.

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of tertiary higher education such as Degree and onwards.
• You have two or more years’ experience in AML and CDD/EDD review or in a KYC work domain.
• You are a team player who can work well within the function to deliver a quality service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English is required.
