Specialist, EHS Staff (R&D)

📋 Description

• Assists in the development and implementation of strategic programs, plans, policies and procedures
• Interprets, communicates and implements programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance
• Implements and leads EHS programs and initiatives including, but not limited to: Hazard
• Investigates incidents and injuries to determine root cause; contributes to analysis and reporting
• Develops and delivers EHS training on a wide variety of general safety topics such as hazard
• Collaborates with colleagues across the internal EHS network to identify best practice opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma plus 10 years of EHS relevant experience, or Associate Degree and Advanced
• Working experience in implementing EHS regulations, conducting incident investigations, interacting
• Development of practical, applicable standards and/or policies that meet business objectives.
• Ability to actively listen, build and maintain effective working relationships with internal/
• Ability to successfully manage project and programs.
• Ability to provide clear, concise, and effective verbal communications and well-developed written
