📋 Description

• Execute critical payment operations accurately and on time across payment processing, funds
• Investigate and resolve payment issues, using data and payment knowledge to understand what
• Protect customers and Justworks by following controls and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Improve Payments Operations by identifying recurring problems and suggesting better ways of

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in payments operations, banking, fintech, payroll, or other detail-oriented operational
• Familiarity with payment processing; ACH, wires, RTP, or similar methods is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, data literacy, and ability to investigate and decide on the right next
• Comfort with learning new systems and technologies, including automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Attention to detail and understanding of accuracy and controls for financial transactions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage time-sensitive work and collaborate with
