📋 Description

• Support the planning and execution of professional development projects, including timelines
• Identify project risks, challenges, and barriers, recommend solutions, and communicate progress and
• Maintain consistent quality across professional development deliverables while following
• Develop and maintain deep expertise in literacy assessment, supplemental learning, and intervention
• Develop engaging professional learning experiences across formats, including instructor-led
• Design and facilitate interactive virtual and online learning experiences that support practical

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of PreK-12 classroom teaching experience.
• At least 2 years of experience designing and facilitating professional development for PreK-12
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and demonstrated ability to apply them when
• Experience with mCLASS DIBELS 8th Edition or Lectura programs for professional development.
• Strong knowledge of high-quality literacy instruction and assessment practices grounded in the
• Demonstrated proficiency in instructional design and visual design.
