📋 Description

• Develop B2B materials, sales collateral, demos, and product videos.
• Create tailored materials, demos, and lead trainings for sales.
• Build training and onboarding programs to drive platform adoption.
• Lead webinars for Lucie and Trove; create and organize webinars.
• Compile and maintain carrier training resources for internal and external use.
• Track webinar metrics and share insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in training, sales enablement, or learning & development.
• Experience developing training materials, sales collateral, and multimedia content.
• Familiarity with ACA Marketplace, CMS regulations, and supplemental products.
• Experience leading webinars and presentations; creating training materials.
• Ability to support sales enablement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.
