Specialist Sales Support

📋 Description

• Serve as a key support contact for sales account owners, customers, and hotel partners, following
• Manage and prioritize incoming requests through Salesforce and other internal systems, ensuring
• Monitor and respond to shared inbox inquiries while delivering high-quality service and building
• Review daily priorities, anticipate business needs, and take proactive action to support sales
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to provide operational coverage, improve workflows, and
• Create and maintain documentation for internal and external users.

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of strong administrative or sales support experience.
• Experience in the travel industry and/or sales support.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload and
