📋 Description

• Analyze and improve clients' back office processes, helping increase efficiency and reduce
• Support the implementation and configuration of Calypso, ensuring systems are integrated and
• Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver training, support, and best practices for back
• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, including occasional on-site engagement, to address
• Ensure back office activities align with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in back office operations or consulting within the financial services
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management, including settlement, reconciliation, and
• Experience implementing or working with financial software platforms (Calypso strongly preferred).
• Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.
