📋 Description

• Field-based role; candidate must live within a reasonable distance from the primary city.
• Execute brand strategy and tactics in the field to drive sales performance and maintain patient
• Manage territory and accounts; build customer relationships and solve customer needs.
• Deliver sales performance, KPIs, and marketing objectives to meet/exceed targets.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations; handle objections and close calls.
• Develop call plans to optimize coverage and access with key customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or 5+ years
• Demonstrates strong scientific/product knowledge; strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Adapts selling approach to customer style; contributes to sales strategy and market intelligence.
• Comfort in a matrix environment; strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Proven track record in sales within therapeutic areas; English proficiency; HCIR credentialing
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment checks and immunization requirements.
