📋 Description

• Execute brand strategy and tactics in field, sales performance, effectively manage assigned
• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives to meet or exceed on
• Create pre-call plan objectives and execute post-call evaluation, handle objections and achieve
• Proactively serve customer needs, build trusted relationships, and achieve win-win agreements
• Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency
• Build understanding on customer needs, market landscape, competitors, and share market intelligence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience with 3 or more years in
• Demonstrate in-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge; strong business
• Proactively identify customer style/behavior and adapt selling approaches with findings for sales
• Proven track record in sales, strong presentation skills, effective matrix operation, and
• Influence and build collaborative partnerships with district colleagues and matrix team.
