Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Perform evaluations to assess and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues.
Develop treatment plans based on evaluations, orders, and goals.
Assess and revise care plans with BAYADA clinicians.
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care to promote safety and independence.
Document care using a touch-pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current VA license as Speech-Language Pathologist.
ASHA CCC or equivalent.
Education equivalent and pursuing CCC exam.
In process of accumulating supervised experience for certification.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
