Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals.
Continuously assess and revise the care plan with BAYADA clinicians.
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care for health and independence.
Document observations and interventions using a touchpad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

DE licensure as Speech Language Pathologist.
ASHA CCC-SLP certification or eligibility.
Equivalent education and experience for certification eligibility.
Experience with EMR systems preferred.
Strong computer skills and technology comfort.
